Route 4 westbound lanes at Route 17 in Paramus were closed when a tractor-trailer overturned, police said.
The ramp from Route 17 south to Route 4 west was closed until further notice, according to Paramus police.
The local westbound lanes on Route 4 in the area were closed, according to police.
The roadway was jammed back to Hackensack Avenue, according to News12.
