PHILADELPHIA (AP) – Authorities say several people were reported in an accident involving a city bus in northeast Philadelphia, but the injuries aren’t considered life-threatening

Police said the 12:30 p.m. Monday crash in the Fox Chase section of the city involved a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority bus and a flatbed truck carrying construction equipment.

SEPTA spokeswoman Heather Redfern said the bus driver and two passengers were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Their conditions weren’t immediately available.

She said the bus had just begun its westbound trip and only three people were believed to have been aboard.
