PILESGROVE TWP. — A Salem County man was injured after his truck went off the road and struck a tree in Pilesgrove Township, according to New Jersey State Police.
The Elmer man was traveling down U.S. Route 40 when his 2002 Chevy truck veered off the road and struck a tree.
New Jersey State Police and emergency personnel responded to the scene of the crash, in the area of the John Deere dealership at roughly 11:30 p.m.
The driver sustained minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is not known at this time and is still under investigation.
