DENVILLE — Crashes on Route 80 and on Route 287 were causing massive delays Tuesday evening.
The state Department of Transportation reported at 5:42 p.m. that three westbound lanes on Route 80 were closed east of Exit 37 for Route 513/Hibernia Avenue due to an accident and debris spill, causing hour-long delays.
Meanwhile, an accident on Route 287 south in Hanover near Exit 39 for Route 10 shuttered two left lanes as along with the northbound left lane as of 5:52 p.m., according to the DOT.
Motorists should expect delays of at least 45 to 50 minutes through this section of Route 287.
